Chocolat reveals that their fathers served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea

Bi-racial girl group Chocolat seems intent on emphasizing their distinguishing factor, as their company has come out and revealed yet another interesting tidbit about the three bi-racial members.

As previously reported, the group is comprised of two Korean members (Min Soa, Jae-Yoon) and three half-Caucasian, half-Korean members (Tia, Melanie, Juliane) who were born to American fathers and Korean mothers.

Recently, Paramount Music revealed that all three of the bi-racial members’ fathers served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea. Through Star News, representatives revealed, “The fathers of Tia, Melanie, and Juliane all served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea in the past. They met their Korean wives then, fell in love, and got married.”

They continued, “All three of their fathers aren’t serving anymore and are supporting their daughters now.”

Chocolat will be debuting on August 17th with “Syndrome“.
