miss A takes a secret trip to Hong Kong
On December 1st, miss A’s Jia recently revealed that the group made a surprise visit to Hong Kong through a post on her Twitter: “miss A in HK~~~^^ A ’secret trip’ that only we know about hehe.”
In the photo, the girls are seen exploring the streets of Hong Kong while wearing comfortable outfits.
Many fans have become curious about the whereabouts of member Suzy. It is possible that Suzy may have been left behind in Korea to shoot for her upcoming drama, KBS 2TV’s ‘Dream High’.

YG Entertainment’s CEO explains Big Bang’s unique comeback
With Big Bang’s Korean comeback underway, much attention is being put on their unique promotion style, which involves promoting the releases of G-Dragon and T.O.P’s unit group and maknae Seungri before the group’s official comeback.
In order to put it all into perspective, YG Entertainment’s CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, was interviewed by Star News on November 30th.
Regarding Big Bang’s completely self-composed album, Yang Hyun Suk stated, “As it is Big Bang’s first comeback after a long hiatus, their new album will contain only songs with all five of the members. No solo tracks, no duets. This is Big Bang’s present to all of the fans that have been waiting for them. They’ve been working on this album for a long time and we’d like for everyone to anticipate it.”
Regarding the new unit group and Seungri’s comeback, he stated, “The songs contained in G-Dragon and T.O.P’s unit group album and Seungri’s comeback release are all songs that were once considered for Big Bang’s album. Once Big Bang decided on including only songs that featured all five of them, they decided to release the rest of the songs separately through a unit group and Seungri’s solo in December and January. As for G-Dragon and T.O.P, they already had many songs that they produced together so all they had to do was add a few more in order to complete an official album.”
Yang furthered the explanation behind G-Dragon and T.O.P’s unit group by revealing, “Since the unit group’s songs were originally meant for Big Bang’s new album, fans can consider the unit’s release as basically a Big Bang comeback. Due to this, Big Bang will be able to enjoy a longer promotion period. This is definitely for the fans that have waited for Big Bang through their long hiatus. Big Bang will be promoting in Korea this year for as long and as actively as possible.”

B2ST, Orange Caramel, IU and more awarded at the ‘11th Korea Visual Arts Festival’
As reported earlier, B2ST, Orange Caramel, and IU were recently awarded the ‘Photogenic Award‘ at the ‘11th Korea Visual Arts Festival’ on December 1st.
B2ST expressed, “It’s been a bit over a year since we debuted. Although we still lack in a lot of areas, we thank all the directors who have filmed us and made us look nice and cool. We will work harder in the future to give back for this award.”
Orange Caramel stated, “Since the winners of this award were chosen directly by directors, we feel more honored. We will work harder to become a better Orange Caramel, so please look out for us.”
Lastly, IU said, “There are so many other pretty singers, so thank you for choosing me. I will work to become a hard working IU.”
The winners of the ‘Photogenic Award’ were chosen through a voting system between the camera directors of broadcast productions, and were picked based not only on exhibiting great abilities in front of the camera, but by dominating in visual aesthetics as well.

Through the photoshoot, NS Yoon Ji showed off her sexy, svelte body figure by wearing a slim pink dress and luxurious black outfits.

Secret’s Sunhwa and After School’s Jooyeon show “blank brains” on “Invincible Youth”
Secret’s Sunhwa and After School’s Jooyeon held a battle of the ‘blank paper brains’ on an episode of KBS 2TV’s “Invincible Youth.”
Sunhwa is already known for her ‘blanket paper’ character on the show, while Jooyeon recently earned the nickname of ‘burden Jooyeon’ for not being good at particularly anything. In order to prove that she didn’t deserve her nickname, Jooyeon declared a battle of four-lettered Chinese characters and ended up doing worse than she intended.
When asked to match the four-lettered Chinese characters to the proverb, “To quarrel over right and wrong,” Sori guessed the correct answer to be, “是是非非.” Juyeon then chirped in by asking, “Isn’t that slang?“, causing the other members to burst out in laughter.
When asked to match the four-lettered Chinese characters to the proverb, “The coincidence of having two events happen at the same time,” Sunhwa and Juyeon both gave the wrong answers by confidently stating, ‘oh bi bae rak’ and ‘oh bi bi rak’, when the correct answer is actually, ‘烏飛梨落.’
Feeling the need to better educate themselves, the members went up to the camera and promised, “We will study properly and battle again.”
The episode will broadcast on December 3rd at 11:05 PM.

Recently, Yeeun posted pictures of herself with her fellow Wonder Girls members Lim and Sohee through her Twitter.
In one picture, Yeeun and Lim are snapped with cute expressions and V-poses. However, the photo with Sohee locks the most attention, as Sohee’s signature chicness was captured with her looking down and not directly at the camera.
